I want to order some moulds but want to be sure the parcel will arrive.

Are you aware the UK invaded Iraq, Afghanistan and screwed up Libya and Syria? Countless servicemen's lives were lost and destroyed for nothing, never mind the locals.

The world is not black and white; we in the UK do not have a monopoly on goodness, and Russians do not have a monopoly on evilness.

I have no hatred for Russians. Like many British people, I own a Russian gun. Do you chastise anyone who owns something from Russia?

Frankly I suggest that if its part for a firearm forget it. If it is a spare part for a Baikal, I am sure a proper gunsmith should be able to fabricate and harden as appropriate a replacement. Look for a gunsmith that works with older side by sides. If it is a bullet mould, again a decent machinest / tool maker should be able to make one.

However cost may be more than a gun is worth.

Trade with Russia is embargoed - your parcel will likely be stopped at customs, if a carrier is even prepared to transport it

check if anyone in the USA is making their own version of the part you need
I've seen US businesses manufacturing shotshell components because Russian imports are prohibited
Then you just need to worry about ITAR

Can I suggest you take your morale indication and contact your MP? Royal Mail and most couriers seem to be happy to deliver and receive items from Russia.

According to .gov, the British government are also quite happy, although they put a 35% duty charge on top as punishment.

If you are after svarog moulds I am not sure he is still making them or sending out of country.
There are a couple of places in the US and I think Canada that were selling them - at a price.
And as for having one made here - sure but at a massive cost. Would need alot of R&D to start with to replicate some of the svarog moulds.
I have one.

That extract refers to exports. ie, items exported from the UK to Russia.
If buying from Russia, you need to look under the "imports" guidelines.

I am told be somebody who used to do business with Russia (ie before Putin launched his criminal invasion of Ukraine) that you cannot make payments to Russia from the UK by bank transfer or card because the banks and credit card companies will block them - and almost certainly report your attempt, as well.

i really wish people would look into the history of this conflict. it’s been rumbling on since 2014 and it’s much more complicated than just putin attacking the ukraine.

Apart from anything else, I am staggered that somebody who is, presumably, a UK certificate holder (and as such easily identified by the relevant authorities) is openly trying to buy firearms-related equipment from a country which is subject to international sanctions. Think about it.
