Cleared the two new incomers, one for me, & one for the "official" Curlew guy, He's back this morning to locate his, I watched it pick itself up & charge for the forest edge, definite a dead'un but it was not admitting it.
Brilliant little torches.I had forgotten some great nights years ago "On the Lamp", was surprised how good that NM800 was last night.
Indeed - I have 3 of them and despite a thermal spotter and Zulus I won’t part with them!Brilliant little torches.
I accidentally parted with 2 on one farm...by mistake...I spent 2 hours searching the next day (both times.....) expensive mistake. Despite not using mine im the same as you and they stay in the drawIndeed - I have 3 of them and despite a thermal spotter and Zulus I won’t part with them!

Well another night after Stumpy and again hes done me
I reviewed the camera footage to discover i had missed his arrival the night before by 5 minutes ! So he has come at 915 , 330 , 1155 - wonder what the camera shows today as i was out from 830 until 130
Lovely old job SD. Old school night vision in use as well on the HMR... can't go wrong with simple stuff... that's what I tell myself every time I look at the missusJust five rabbits tonight. I've been asked to shift some but I dislike shooting rabbits at this time of year more than fox considering how few there are nowadays.
Any way these are off to market.
Nearly had a shot at a fox too but I didn't like the angle for hmr so I let it slip away.

The Mojo ebbs & flows ... I still get the urge to sit out all night on odd nights.I was out during the week, plenty of rabbits about, on arrival at a small field I had been asked to shoot, I watched half a dozen plus in one little area, however I blanked.
Went out to early at 9pm plus a decent moon, some bird, owl? in the trees as i approached sounded the alarm, they went from happily feeding to heads up ears up and must have spotted me approaching as by the time i got to a safe shooting position they had all bolted.
I'm must be getting too old as no longer keen to be out very late and virtually all nightbut lookout rabbits I will be back.
Indeed so - sadly though it usually coincides with having a few malts so driving not possible….The Mojo ebbs & flows ... I still get the urge to sit out all night on odd nights.
You have to open an account on YouTube. Upload you videos to there and then pick the share option and choose copy link. Was out well before dark last night, pulled in the fields where the sheep have been lambing , parked up and walked about 50 yards down towards a good vantage point, ol foxy was coming up the opposite hedge, so bit of a rush as it took me by surprise tbh, quick check with the habrocks 165 mtrs to the gateway he was now stood in, dropped him off the sticks, for some reason the alpex didn't auto record the shot, anyway waited about for an hour or so until the light was going and caught this ol boy , must of come across the road from behind me, caught the shot on video but can't get it to upload for some reason
Yep but I suspect shooting anything and posting it as “ok for kids” will not get past the toob’s censors! You have to open an account on YouTube. Upload you videos to there and then pick the share option and choose copy link.
You may have to give some permissions and ok it for kids.
