Pard Nightstalker 4K EX vs HIK Alpex Review

As an update to this after further use I have found that the pards LRF if used in B&W mode without the IR on basically creates a strobe effect that renders the scope image immediately impossible to view. It’s similar to someone flashing an IR torch towards the scope from close range 5 times a second! There isn’t the option for a single LRF ping like other scopes. You can see some of this effect on the roe deer video I posted above.

The pards battery seems to last up to 8 hours with both internal and external batteries.

I am finding the flush buttons on the ocular annoying now that glove weather has started to kick in.

I do really like the side focus on the Pard. Front focus scopes are always annoying because you have to reach forwards, but the side focus is actually a really good idea.

But no good for a 'lefty' like me. Either bring back front focus or 'top knob' focus.
