Pens for BDS carcass tags?????

Anyone recommend a fine pointed marker pen that won’t smudge when writing on BDS tags?

Currently using a ‘fine point’ sharpie but I’d like something finer. Less like a felt tip……

Might be an opening for the BDS in their shop? Buy a roll of tags and get a suitable permanent marker pen (or two) thrown in for good measure. They sell ball point pens, so wouldn't be difficult?

I write my name, and other permanent details onto the tags before going out. Then all I have to do is enter date/time, location and species. You’d be surprised how much time this saves - and smudges, as there’s much less wet ink.

I have a stack pre filled out like this next to the chiller and ready to go. I primarily use a sharpie but I see Landig do a permanent marker so may get one and see how good it is.

Just need lumipen

I use the pental ones as they are half the price. That or a sharpie ultrafine

Any marker smudges just need to keep the label dry.

If its wet a pencil works alot better
