Its still a work in progress, chapters are being added as soon as they are signed off. Once it is complete and fully supersedes the 2002 version perhaps it will be published.

OK I will edit this again, and re-iterate my previous thoughts regarding ongoing updates.

Future changes to firearms legislation or policy will be reflected through updating of the relevant chapter online, to ensure that the document remains up to date and readily accessible.

So watch this space and record the link.
