Sadly they won’t be too dismayed. It is their business model to make such cases and appeals, keep their cause in the media and then fund raise off the back of it From their supporters as they pursue the cause.
it has little to nothing to do with animal or environmental welfare.

Correct.
They will portray themselves as being beaten down by officialdom and beg for more money from the suckers who are too daft to figure out their game

Packham, with his “condition” won’t see that he’s wrong, but thinks the court is, so he will keep banging away however pointless for as long as possible. But I think, for this particular road, it’s now a cul-de-sac.

Looks like his gravy train may be coming to an end bbc licenses under threat
Maybe. It isn't ending for a couple of years at least and anyway, he isn't directly employed by the BBC. But if the telly licensing bubble does burst, then there's every possibility that the lefty woke BBC culture will have to amend themselves or slink off into oblivion to ensure a re-jigged Beeb can actually make money by pandering to (whisper it) the majority.

On the grounds he’s absolutely certain he’s right and everyone else is wrong and also that he’s not footing his own bill, the ecomentalist donationists will be.
This is the legislation that Wild Justice wanted a Judicial review of and lost
It's a regulation that applies only to England and any European context disappeared when we left the EU
So, Kwis won't be going to any European court - even if he wanted to
