I believe it's a reference to the fact that previously prohibited ammo can now be posted.

Give it 6 months and there will be a headline in the paper about how posties are suddenly needing more chiropractic care :D

But can it really be posted,according to the Post offices list of prohibited item all ammunition with the exception of airgun pellets.
And this confusion by shooters will be even worse by P.O. workers hence don't say you're posting bullets just metal parts, copper and lead ingots etc.
