Pulsar krypton Problem

Hi all

Just wondering if anyone else out there has had an issue with the pulsar krypton. When powering the unit up I'm getting one of two visuals and it won't move from them. Firmware is up to date and yes the lens cover is removed. Please see pics.

You might have to send it back to Thomas jacks. Might be shutter sticking.

Yep same problem I had with mine. It went back to TJ`s and they diagnosed the shutter sticking.

How long was the turn around to get the unit back?

Had my xp50 spotter on off button serviced by Thomas jacks. Fantastic quick turn around. Many thanks. They said if it had to go back to the factory it could be 3 months. Pulsar are behind with servicing due to out of control current influences. Worth giving a call to see if they can service the shutter.
