I have a question about the ballistic calculator on Pulsar Thermion 2 LRF.
I’m shooting Norma 22-250 50 grain VMax through a Sako finnlight 2. That ammunition doesn’t appear in the Stream Vision Ballistics App, so I’ve plugged in the bullet details, chronographed my rifle and added the muzzle velocity. However when I use the ballistic calculator on the scope, it’s accurate out to about 200m, but then goes astray at distances great than that.
Does anyone know where I’m going wrong, or how best to tweak the details to get it to match how my rifle shoots this particular ammunition?
