Quad extraction trailer/sleds for the hill

We are looking at options to use with a Honda 420 Forman quad to extract multiple red carcasses on the hill.

I'd be interested to hear of anyone's experience with sleds (like the SleeSleigh) or trailers like the Logic round bale-style, also approx costs.

Thanks

A sledge works fine, until you have to reverse, when it becomes a pain. If you get a trailer, a double wheel one with an articulated axle is a pain, when the wheels get stuck in a drain. If go for a logic type single wheel one.

Trailers are the best , my mate has the sledge and there good but limited , the trailer takes more carcasses and far easier to load because there’s no tying down , throw them in and go but the hill trailer does take up more room as the sledge , I had to buy a bigger trailer to cart the quad and bike on , I’ve seen me with 4 big stags on the trailer but the ground was good and not to hilly . I made my own trailer at a cost of 400 but my labour is free 😁 there about £1k from a dealer whereas the sledge is about 450 all in . The hill trailer i manage to sit it up front and vertical so as not taking up much room and space for the bike .

What model is that Bugsy? Thanks
TBH I’m not that sure , my lad picked it up on his journeys delivering quads , it was getting dumped as the guy had bought a hill trailer so I acquired it and made a new tilting towing frame for it , I leave it at one of my bits so I’ll see it tomorrow and let you know 👍

Get a slee sleigh-light weight, tough and easy to load/unload.
I've had a 10 red in one go in the slee sleigh strapped down and towed it no problem

Regarding post 15 ,,,That's very true ,, the one I had made has the lip rolled over the edge of it for A extra strength and B to allow the heavy Duty cover over it with a bungy rope ,,works a treat
