Query regarding medical pro forma

Hi, renewed my SGC in May, got the pro for an end of Feb……I am now applying for my FAC, can I use the pro for a from February? It’s basically 6 months old……or do I need Another new one?

Our FLD took the view that the med form was valid for 6 months, but once the FAC (or SGC) was granted the medical would continue to be valid until the expiry of the certificate that was granted with it.

My RFD came up last year and my FAC/SGC was just over three and a half years in (it renews at the end of this year).
The FLD said the existing medical was good until my FAC renewal.

I have just had it done for the upcoming renewal.

Also, our FLD are allowing the medical to last more than 6 months on initial grant application, I guess mostly because it takes them over 12 months to even action a renewal.
