Rapid 7 aftermarket triggers

I’ve got a rapid in fac and just started using it in earnest .The trigger is the basic factory model and let’s down an otherwise decent tool .
Does anyone have any experience of fitting aftermarket trigger ,was it straight forward and what make did you fit .

What Rapid model ? I think your choice maybe limited to RAW import if you could try calling Dr Bob Mk4 Match Trigger Assembly (Complete Cassette Unit) Ring to reserve | Dr Bob. I got a RAW and it was a no problem fit to Mk2

I have had a MK1 since they came out ( Sub 12) and used a standard Rapid trigger shoe bought direct from factory when I collected rifle. IIRC it was about £8 !!!

The MK1 has a cheap Gamo trigger unit . ( I also have a Rapid Mk2 with the Anschutz trigger which is sublime) having been brought up with airguns I am used to very good triggers which frankly make most CF and RF triggers awful !!.

I would try a trigger shoe first , it does make the rifle much better and could be a cheap usable fix .
