red rut in Argyll

Hi all I'm on my way up to my stalking ground and would like the heads up on how the rut is shaping up ?????
how much roaring taking place

not started yet in Mull
very warm and the stags are still in groups, no roaring and only a small amount of argey bargy amongst stags
only saw one stag with hinds in 5 days and his heart wasn't in it

Was at loch Fyne on Friday and Sat and no signs yet

No sign on loch awe yet but should start by end of the week.

I spoke to one of the FC boys down there tonight the stags are still running together and hind's have still no stag's with them.its still warm here but a change is to come over the next few day's should help to bring them on

Wester Ross and there was a stag holding hinds last week and roaring with bigger stags feeding quietly together nearby. This morning a lot of roaring, less tonight with occasional roars only.
