Redding type s competition die

You may simply have run out of useable die before the base touches the shell holder

If the brass is difficult to chamber once it has been through the full length die there is insufficient sizing taking place

The simple solution is to remove (using carbide cutting tool, .050” or thereabouts from the base of the die

Make sure whoever does this polishes the cut surface breaking the edge

Then progressively size the brass incrementally deeper into the die until the brass will chamber easily with light finger pressure on a bolt with the fire control mech removed

Following the advice in that video gave me the single biggest leap in loading consistency I’ve ever had. It’s slightly different from the Redding instructions and I’d highly recommend trying it to see if it has an effect on your current issue.
