That's just what I said ,IT can't go in the food chain but if you want to eat it do what you like as its you that's at risk .skinning it hole then removing . the legs and shoulders and canons just means that you can save some of the meat for yourself with out the risk that comes with opening the stomach cavity . once open all the best will in the world won,t stop you getting green over things.
