Just received an email update from Peterborough Game.

Roe deer carcass price reduction £2.30/kg to £2.00/kg.

Updated pricing still includes collection.

I find it very strange that roe are twice as much per kg as other species…what’s the reason for this I wonder?

There is usually a strong market demand for the European market.

I think Peterborough were previously looking to be exporting circa 400 Roe per week.
