I first qualified 2006, with Grange r&p club, club secretary renewals followed up until I just found my card expired four months ago, I scraped in with two months to spare with the option of taking two online exams.
First realisation was, it's been an RSO qualification for civilian ranges for a while now, so had to take & pass that before being given the RCO test.
100% pass in e mail just now, so I am covered till I hit 74o_O

I take it that is the NRA RSO and RCO course? Did you need to pay for the retest/update?

Regards

Mark

Had to do RSO prior to being allowed to do my RCO renewal, may have been because my RCO was expired by 4 months, six months expiry being a full on set of new course attendance.

The RSO costs £54 + 6 if not NRA member then the RCO costs £6 +£6 if not NRA member but then valid for a further 6 years.

The tests are all based around the RSO and RCO manuals and those can be used while doing the tests. You get 2 attempts at the test as well.

:norty:, I treated myself to a current version of RCO handbook, I had relied on my memory for the tests, but ordered a new up to date one as the one in the man cave I just rooted out is 2006.:coat:
