Sako 75 action I

Morning all,

I have a sako 75 deluxe 223 that I'm wanting to customise with a McMillan stock or similar (wood is too nice for me to ruin) Mine has a floor plate but I'm guessing it will need to have a detachable magazine to fit in it. Does anyone know if I can convert it and if I can where can I get the parts for it.

cheers

Dave

If you bought a gun for the nice wood use it and except the battle scars (or be more careful)
If you wanted a wood stock and just happened to win the wood lottery then why is damage now an issue.

I wanted the 75 for the action and I've been looking for months and this is the first one that came up. I prefer synthetic stocks myself hence why I'd rather get a replacement stock but it's proving hard to find one

The hinged floor plate of the deluxe and the detachable magazine of the other models will fit in the same stock.
