Sako 85 270 cal stock recommendations

I have a sako 85, custom rifle featuring a walther 22 inc heavy barrel.

Currently on a form stock.

Geoff capes would of struggled carrying that around the hill.

I would like the stock to be thumbhole ideally.

And as lightweight as possible.

Any help greatly appreciate.

It’s still got the main weight of the heavy barrel, unless you find some super lightweight carbon stock ££££ you’ll not be reducing the weight by a great amount.

Staffordshire Synthetic Stocks will inlet a thumb hole stock for the 85. Not sure how light they can make them.

There is also Kroseg from New Zealand. They make a lightweight carbon stick.

Probably £1200+ for either option.
