sausage mix

Hi all,
I've made 6Kg of burgers this weekend well chuffed, fancy having a go at sausages. So has anyone used the sausage mixes from scobies i used the burger mix and was very happy with the results.
How have people found the sausage mix or there a reason for not using it?

I use Butchersundries, Weschenfelder or Tongmaster. Never had a problem with any of their stuff
