I'm a happy camper. I picked up some .284 cal Sierra 150 grain Game Kings at an estate sale yesterday. They had 20 boxes still in the plastic outer wrapping and they gave me an "all or nothing" price of $12/100 so I took them all. Looks like my 7x57 is getting a new bullet.:D~Muir

I found the 150gr Sierra GK's to be fantastic.

Ran them fairly fast with Varget in my 7mm-08 with very pleasing results.

2000 should keep you busy for a while?

Well. They'll get me through the end of the month, for sure....;)

Seriously, they will last quite a while. I only shot 145 grain Hot Cor Speers for decades, tried the PRVI 139 grain boat tail Soft points with excellent results two years ago. I'm looking forward to using these GK's. I will probably give 500 to my brother for his 7x57 so he will be able to tell me about their effectiveness before I get to try them myself. He is shooting the 145 Speers now as I built the rifle and developed the load for that bullet. It shouldn't take any serious adjustment to switch to the 150's. How fast were you running them from your 7-08??~Muir
