Oops despite my payment being processed I just got a call to say I missed out on the boots I paid for despite the fact that they are still on the updated list posted minutes ago............
I could have bought another pair of boots on another site but they are now also sold out........

I paid for two pair of pants, ridgline pintail, on Thursday teatime after seeing the advert on this forum. I received a confirmation e mail at 1819hrs on Thursday evening confirming, followed by the delivery details, I then received a phone call at 1323 hrs on friday whilst at work, on my answer machine, saying they had sold out and I wasn't having them!

same happened to myself, one wonders if phone sales took precedence on Friday as I am sure that sales software would have controlled internet sales and stock etc
I was very disappointed after having told the children they had some good winter boots for the coming cold winter

I had a refund come through within 24hrs of paying, can't fault the efficiency, and first come first served. It's probably not the shops fault if the software let them down .

Same here, why have them still online fri when they said they would update when things were sold out Mmmm just in and seen email full refund after saying to all the lads at shoot today what a great company. One said don't count on them as they will cancel your order. First time I have been let down by scottcountry.
