Thanks Jimmy appreciate the kind encouragement :tiphat: The massive weight gain was predominantly caused by chronic fatigue (M.E.). In the worst 'crash' stages, eating was the only thing that gave even a small amount of energy and that even very short lived. After the latest 4 1/2 months in bed over the winter, I'm finally up and around again and even managing short rides on the bike, so long as I keep the heart rate down (strictly nothing higher than zone 2). It was also a particular delight to manage a (successful) stalk two weeks back :camo: The NHS have unfortunately been beyond useless, but thankfully, a new recovery 'program' along with number of additional supplements have been making a significant difference and will hopefully enable me to get back to work before too much longer. Once fully recovered, at least the weight loss should help me to fly up the hills on the bike :D
