Yes but if you take an immature doe fawn out you remove one female from next years herd. However, if you take out a pregnant doe then you remove one female from next years herd plus you have a 50/50 chance you take out a second one too if she’s carrying a doe fawn.
 
Come and have a go at ours, where the land is as flat as a witches tits. You've got these funny things called hills in Hampshire, they help a lot when going for numbers.🤣

Instead of 8 future fawns,the fawns fawns and so on for each succeeding generation? Surely it's a simple mathematical progression?
