Out everyday except Sunday but seriously after deer, mainly Fallow, three days a week although opportunities are taken as and when they occur. Unfortunately we only have small areas of woodland and large fairly flat fields. Added to this we have myriads of footpaths and generally big bunches of deer. A lot of places there aren't backstops and cover is also minimal, so it's a difficult place. Sometimes we can blank two days for all these reasons but then others we may get four or five out of a couple of groups. It's therefore difficult to put any real ratio of deer to days out. Several stalks can end up with a crawl in and crawl out again due to lack of backstop or walkers wandering about.
