I thought a thread for the anglers amongst us, showing a photo or two of any specimen fishes we may have been lucky enough to have captured, might take off..
Fishes from exotic warm climates are most welcome!

I love Chub, especially trying to catch them on a dry fly.

Looks an absolute belter, scale perfect and not a blemish on it, on a classic cheese paste bait

A Perch, just a smidgin under 4lbs, caught on a soft shad with a barbless single hook, not many perch in the huge gravel pit it came from.

Nah just crewed for him a couple of times a month for about 5 years.

Frenchie was the best skipper I’ve ever met - proper specimen hunter.

Wild Brownie caught from a tiny stream I could almost jump across, dry fly with a stout tippet, 9'#4 Loomis rod. 3lb 14oz.
