Gutted we cant go as was really looking forward to it..........perhaps I could have taken my rifles

It is a nice property. Right on the river and surrounded by lakes. Good pub up the road. Terrible neighbour but there is a wood, two fields and a lake between us.

It’s only the oldest (5) in her first year - she learns more at home with me than playing in the sandpit with all the thick dribbling non-house trained other children anyway so it’s tempting…
