Just wondering what materials those with wooden floor larders have went with to cover them that meets EHO requirements?
My floor in question will be 18mm OSB .
Mulling over different approaches ie tiling using a tiling membrane hygiene Lino of sorts ?
If anyone knows of a suitable alternative ( magical paint/epoxy resin ) type affair would be interested to hear how you have went about making good your wooden substrate .

Watco and resin coat both do resin flooring which works well

Resincoat have a high build self levelling version which is great. Nice colours easy clean. Lay it yourself. Works out way cheaper than tiling once you add in a membrane adhesive grout and labour

It's like rock when it sets. The biggest issue you may have is the subfloor degrading of there is water leaking under or round the side

It's also sandable and repaintable if you want to touch it up later on
