Swarovski can chalk up another happy customer...

I managed to lose one of the rubber objective caps from my binos at the weekend, and pinged them an email yesterday morning asking where I could buy a replacement.

The response was:
Good Morning

Please let us have your full postal address to send you the replacement objective lens caps?

and the free of charge replacements arrived in today's post!

What's not to like?

Same lost my Parallax Cover on my X5i the other week. Emailed on return, a day later new cover in post. Best bit was they apologised as they said they would send me 2 and the UK dept only had 1 in stock.
Excellent service!

I had the same excellent service, broke the stud off the eyepiece and later on misplaced the tripod thread cover. Asked if I could buy replacements and both times they sent me out FOC.

Managed to lose lens cover on my swaro binoculars and Z6i. Emailed Swarovski in Germany on Sunday evening. Had immediate email responses and replacements are on there way now free of charge. Brilliant service

Same as the rest, lost a lense cover, made phone call, two new ones in the post next day. You can't better that for service

....and another report. My EL binos dropped out of the truck and broke the bayonet so the eye piece kept falling out, sent them to Swarovski expecting a bill - two weeks later they were returned FOC but also on the enclosed job chart they had given the binos a complete service replacing this and that.

Non Swarovski owners may think they are over priced but with this sort of customer relations added to superb optics they are certainly worth the money
