On the 2nd June I emailed Swarovski as I'd lost one of the eyecups from my 13 yr old EL binoculars. On the 7th, following a Bank Holiday break, they got back to me requesting the serial number, which I provided. Today I received a replacement pair, free of charge.
Very impressed. A quality product backed up with quality service.
