I have syndicate places available
Based near me Dumfries and galloway.
Ground is a little over 500 acres (~560) mainly farmland.
Sydicate borders a 500 acre FC ground an
Deer and vermin are included
FC ground holds Roe Deer and has an annual cull of ~10 per annum
There are no cull targets for this ground.

Members must have DCS LV1 and insurance.
Although I would accept members without LV1 if they intend to obtain LV1 in the near future. Please noet that you would need to have your LV1 before going on ground.

There is an AW available locally for anyone wanting to progress their LV2.

Price £495 per member pa.

The Ground is farmland and has no cull records

Is there any other deer holding habitat (woods, big thick hedges) on the ground or just the woodland edge?

Realistically wot sort of cull would u expect 5 roe possibly 10 at a push?
Seems quite steep for such a small cull unless there is other good holding cover on the farm.

the ground is largely bordered by woodland and some scrub ground that deer usually feed out onto and in summer they live out in and along the field edges. But plenty of other quarry is present and included which is an important part of what's available as part of the syndicate.

Hi beer can have the Fallow reached you yet I know there are a few at Johnston Bridge and in the forest near to you but just wondering if there have been any sightings.

It cannae bethe farm i'm thinking off then, if it has plenty of other game. Farm i thought it was is fairly barren cover wise apart from the woodland edge.

Does the farm start with a P?

Ps Pual dillon the fallow are still a fair way off from there yet
