Looking at getting these for my S&B zenith, are they worth the money? Never returning to butler creeks for obvious reasons but would like to have something to keep the scope clean and dry…?

I find them a bit 'fat' looking. And the actual flip cap can easily turn on the screw-in ring.
Which Zenith do you have? I know for certain that the 50mm Zeiss aluminum flip cover fits on the 50mm Zenith scope. Even more pricey than the Tenebraex though I'm afraid.

I have just bought some of these for my Kahles. I can post some pics later. They are chunky but totally different quality to BC. I personally have not had problems with BC but am only a recreational user.

Tenebraex set on Sako sporter/ 50mm Kahles. Great quality compared to previous BC.

The Vortex Defenders are what I’ve settled on after trying a few different types. I am a recreational stalker but do do out in all weathers over rough terrain. So far they have stood up to four years use with no problems. I do find the fit a little loose, but nothing a cable tie doesn’t sort out.
