Testing the water tikka .204

Hello, just testing the water and seeing what it's worth, I have a tikka t3 varmint stainless synthetic in .204 ruger. Owned the rifle a few months and shot 84 rounds. I have a round witch will shoot 3quater inch at 200 yards with 39 sbk, I will include your ammo alowance of these in the sale. It's got. Swarovski z4i 3-18X44 bt scope with a pes coated moderator. Just seeing what it's worth as I'm currently house hunting. Thanks
