Thomas Straker a fantastic chef and venison cook

Haven't actually seen any of his proper videos, but saw a short clip of his chicken, leek and bacon pie, which I promptly found the recipe for and cooked that weekend. Bloody delicious.

He’s an accomplished chef and despite being an unrepentant posh boy (pretty sure his wife left him after he was papped having an affair with a princess from somewhere in Europe), I find his videos enjoyable and his recipes achievable.

Another great example of someone elevating the fruit’s of the field.

His sh!t attention seeking, insecurity hair style is completely forgiven by me. Anyone who takes the time to build up and promote wild rabbit as a food is a hero of mine.

Maybe so but no attempt to open pelvic cabinet and remove the waste end !!!!!
Maybe he tunnelled it out bit even so it's a damnnsight easier to nip and nick out the analyser glands before cooking !....
Promoting rabbit Maybe but like he butchered it with teeth , left a kidney In etc

Yes, not the best game handling,hunting or game preparation skills but still better than anything else I’ve seen. You are correct, to my mind he doesn’t come from the world from which I’ve worked my way through. Not at all. But, he’s selling the concept of cooking and enjoying game meat to a wider audience than Most. So, he should be appreciated in my opinion.

Ok, this was the final straw for me.
I just had the displeasure of watching this video. Terrible, what a total knob. No. This person is simply wrong .
He’s built like a skinny rat but does a **** off cook…..and uses far too much salt . He puts lemon juice on everything too. .. I’d hoped for more, but he’s just gone on my small list of ‘content’ producers to ignore.
