Thoughts on Swing Bladed Knives , Eka etc ..

I use a swingblade and it is ok, after getting used to the novelty i think that probably sticking with clippers would have been cheaper and easier.

The idea is good until you get claret everywhere then it is just a mess, I will stick with mine because I bought two but I would go back to a clipper in a heartbeat.

Id agree with the above completely , unless your numpty for knives ( I am ! I've got about 20 ! ) the mora clipper / companion is awesome . And impossible to beat for the money . And you won't get blood oozing from the hinge !

I've just brought two knives from Amazon put Bahco knife they are mora's and cost £8.49 free p&p bazil

i had no idea mora did so many knives, not bad prices either !

That is a small selection, have a look here-it's scary how many knives they make
Food
I have bought a few from Moonraker as the boning and skinning knives are excellent and have always received them quickly and paid a good price.
