Thread protector for M14x1 spigot?

I have bought a second hand Tikka M595 synth/stainless in .308

It is screw cut with a M14x1 spigot. At least I think it is M14x1 after I measured it with vernier calipers. Lovely rifle and very happy with it. The thing is, I don't have moderator for it and don't really want one. I'd like a thread protector for the barrel but it didn't come with one. Would anyone know where I can get one from - either to buy one or pay to have one made? I live in NW England.

Grateful for any advice that can be offered. Many thanks,

I’ve got one of those lying around in the cabinet somewhere that you can have - pm me... pretty sure it’s the same as the link and definitely black so not ideal with your stainless barrel but you’re welcome to it.

Jacksons used to do a proper protector for the M14 spigot style thread, worth asking if they still do.
Would certainly look better than all the non spigot ones offered so far.

Neil.

The guy was asking for 14×1 spigot and that's what I'm offering for free.SS

Thanks for the hint Neil, had it not been for the generosity of people on this forum I would have followed this up.
