Time wasters

Hi admin.

I’ve used this page for years now. Always enjoyed. I’ve used the buying and selling pages many times selling my old and buying new.

First time I’ve come across a time waster and it’s very frustrating it would be useful to have a scoring system or % or 3 strikes rule so the time wasters aren’t given the time of day and are closed down early.
