From ground up guys
feel the ground through balls of your feet with no leaning forward
slight bend in your knees
tilt pelvis up and slightly forward
roll shoulders back and pull chin in
this is the most balanced and stable position you can get into
after wee bit of practice in the house ( not in front of your mates as you might feel a bit of a t£t ) you will see how stable you can stand and how straight you can ( or can't ) shoot
