The sun was out today and we had a long overdue family get to gether.
50/50 minced venison and fatty lamb mince mixed with tong master g/f seasoning mix cooked as per the instructions.
Served in pitta breads with salad and sauces... perfect for the first day of summer a few weeks off the solstice.
