Very cryptic.Do please share with me '"the history of and whats going on in my own country"
You must try very hard to sound like a clown, and in fairness to you , in this you have succeeded,but the fact is that the queen or indeed the palace dont choose who will be knighted, which is what you alluded to.

As for the honours, there’s a committee that decides and the government and opposition parties submit names. But any one can submit names, even you and I. There’s (predictably) a form for it. However, The Queen also has a hand in it and can put forward people. As for Blair, he has been made a member of the order of the garter. The person who decides those is indeed solely The Monarch, although she obviously has advice. Previous Prime Members generally get that eventually.

Before we consider Blair's supposed contribution to peace, a few things to consider:
Lying to Parliament to get MPs to vote for a bill that took the country to war.
The dodgy dossier fabricating evidence of WMD

Also, it comes on very good authority from journalists based in Brussels after the UK referendum result, that is was Blair who advised the EU negotiating team how to "weaponise" the Irish border to thwart Brexit. The man who supposedly negotiated the peace process was prepared to tear up the GFA for political purposes regardless of the cost.

Not getting onto the band wagon, but surely there are far more worthy people that Tony Blair. Its been proven all the snake type acts hes done yet he gets an award like this !! If i had one id be giving it back in protest.

Not quite in this case, the Honour was bestowed personally by the Queen, without the interference of Politicians.
My understanding of it is that in time the Queen awards it to all English ex Prime Minister's (Alec Douglas Home was awarded the Scottish equivalent, the Order of the Thistle).
Some people are of the opinion that because Sir Tony was kept waiting longer than usual this should be interperted as a snub from Her Majesty who did not always agree with his decisions, having now awarded it to him this makes it more likely one or more of his successor's will be awarded it in the near future.

Yes matey i totally agree thats its "protocol so to speak" however i do feel, as i say, that far more worthy people should still be in front of him an that perhaps HRH could have broken with tradition due to his doing more harm than good during his existence on gods earth.
