Training top up.

Been having some extra curricular fireams training this last few months, Two trips to Poland with NWTG bout' 14 days in all, and just had a day down Prees way with Alan White on his range, followed up by another day down in Hereford with Alan, & "Ginger", sadly no famous Lofty Wiseman curry as he is a little off colour.
But as a small consolation in the food department .... A steak & Ale pie in The Black Lion next the Wye river, ( I'm just glad I did not order chips, being a good boy sticking to the regime).
Another pub I visited, some may know it's past.

I did have a chuckle when I saw your poorly hidden greenery on the plate! "And you'll get no pudding until you eat your greens" was the regular refrain.........

Bar keep said the pie was their signature dish, pie peas & gravy, I again state I thought to myself Chips?, NO, be good.... bleddy good job when the size of the pie became known.
