Tumbler Media

I noticed in our local pet shop that the reptile bedding is Walnut Grit and looks a lot like tumbler media.

I remember seeing someone online saying that its pretty much the same stuff but a LOT cheaper. This stuff is £11 for a big bag.

Has anyone tried using this stuff, or is it just me trying to be a tight arse.

Its what I use, and it works very well.

My bags are "Zilla English walnut shell reptile bedding".

It is fine on its own, but for even better shineyness, I add a small teaspoon of jewellers rouge. Others suggest Brasso, Tcut etc.
