Yesterday I cooked both full vegan and meat. Main was beef but wanted some turkey so got a 1.45kg thigh from Robber stores inc.!
Covered with smoked bacon and put in an oven bag with a small quartered onion cup of water and 2 stock cubes. 90mins at 160c and left to reast.
It was just wonderful and succulently moist.
10/10 from Turkey lovers at the table.
