Will call these venison truffles quick and easy and very tasty.
I chopped a few fresh chillies and garlic mixed with the meat with a touch of salt.
¾ filled the burger press then used the end of the rolling pin to form a pocket in the middle and filled with various cheeses brushed with a touch of olive oil and into the oven at 180 for 30 minutes.
I used what we had around the fillings and seasonings are endless.
