VERY off topic help needed

Bit of a left-field query I'm afraid, but do we have any Mathcad users in our midst?

I have a hand-calc' that I'd like to put into a different format, but I'm a bit old-school and Mathcad is a mystery to me

Ok, here goes

I've a hand calc' based on a formula that gives me the blast impulse factor based on an overpressure of 10kPa within an enclosure.

I also have a calc' that converts this into an equivalent static force. The idea is that I can use this to justify the design of some pipe supports. I have all the numbers, but how to get these into Mathcad has me beaten as I've never used it

Do just need to do it once, or do you need it set up so you can run it as needed as you get new numbers?
