Well, it’s taken a few months for the 30mp Victure trail cam to come down to a sensible price so I’ve just ordered one.....offers on lower res one’s too.....

Any recommendations on model ? my old Bush wear supplied one is about 8 years old and needs replacing ( no internal screen - old tech)

Having bought one of these Victure 30MP's the other week, I've just boxed it up for return...... never could get it to work properly and pretty sure it's faulty. I've been running it side by side with an old Spypoint, literally next to each other last night/this morning pointing directly at a baited rat trap at less than 3' .... the Spypoint took 37 photos & videos of the resident mouse pinching the bait compared to the Victure taking 8 photos/videos over the same 4hour period.
The Victure didn't even spot a fat woodpigeon waddling past at 10am.
I had it set to record 10sec clips and in the first week it triggered and recorded black for about 8 seconds before the IR came on to show a cat directly in front peering right into the camera.
Gutted. They seemed to have a fairly decent feedback compared to the Apemans for example but...... hey ho, perhaps I got a duff one.

Are you exchanging it ? or, is it a refund?

I'm going for a refund.....seemed to be the easiest option rather than faffing about with a replacement. I'll stick with the Spypoint for the time being.
