Give Steve at Barbican a ring to make sure he has it, usually it's a 25Kg tub that he "decants" into other containers. I believe Dave Folwell at BowTec in Birtley has some of the new ReloadSwiss powders from Swiss NitroChemie the people who make TR140 and Elcho 17.

You could also try Adam Sutherland at Pukkabundhooks (also in Birtley) to see what he has, I know he does Viht and also Ramshot, Hodgdon etc.

not in the north east I know but I have 20 kgs of n140 in stock and 20 kgs of TR140 in stock
