What is this mark?

This is on a CZ 527 Silhouette. One is stamped on the barrel and an identical one on the action. I assume they are proof marks but I can't find any record of them online.

Czech Republic proof marks. The 99 is the year 1999. My 1954 .270 Winchester chambered Czech Mauser 98 has the same but with 54. If you go to the top of the Rifles and Calibres Forum you will see the "sticky" titled Proof Date Coses that I posted with links to proof marks. Search throug various contributions I and others have made.

I did look at the pinned thread first. I don't believe that this mark is in any of the posts - I certainly couldn't find it.

Curious that there doesn't seem to be a decent web resource for proof marks.
