What screw pitch for Old Steyr swivel studs?

Hoping someone can help me...

I have an old (1970s?) Steyr Mannlicher Model M and it has the original sling swivel fittings (not quick release). I am trying to fit new studs for use with quick release swivel fittings, but I cannot find a screw pitch that fits... it seems all widely available fittings are too narrow.

I'll admit I have not measured them, but does anyone know what specs Steyr used back in the day? Any idea of where might supply studs with the right pitch today?

Trying to avoid needing to fill and re-drill the holes!

Thanks!

Why re-drill?
Securing a new screw with some epoxy is a good idea in any case.
I‘d simply fill a small amount into the existing hole, fit the new stud regardless of the pitch and let it cure.
Just my 2 cents.

Exactly this ^^^
Of more concern is to get the right length, so that the end of the screw doesn't pass right through the fore end and contact the barrel.
