Had to contact my Swarovski dealer late last week as i hand managed to remove an eye cap rubber and lost it,
explained had purchased a couple of year ago SLC 10 x 42 binoculars and want to get a replacement eye cap.
Was told away for a couple of days but on return would send out a replacement eye piece and they just screw in,
sure enough received Wednesday and unscrewed the old and screwed in the new in seconds also came with a covering letter saying purchase 4 years ago.
Time fly's and they still look and perform as new, worth every penny and was worried when i bought them.
Buy once and cry once!
